Versatile Blogger Award:

I must say that the blogging world is so widespread & so closely knit… You get to know new bloggers & blogs everyday & people are so friendly & wonderful… I’m so glad I started blogging & made such amazing friends & I can’t thank them enough for being a constant support. This is my second Versatile Blogger Award.

Jamie from Girl Eats Greens nominated me for this award. I don’t know Jamie at all, but she has been following my blog & by this gesture of extending an award to me I got to know about her & her blog. This is what is so wonderful about the blogging world; you meet so many new bloggers in so many ways. She lives in New York & has an adorable little dog :). She has a lovely blog and she writes about a lot of different things like – eating out, her pup, excursions, etc. Quite a lot of interesting articles, do check it out.

7 Random facts about me:

1. I love collecting sea-shells.. I had a huge collection as a child, don’t know if my mum has still kept it or thrown it away.

2. I’m very lazy, Yes, I am… 🙂

3. I love collecting props for my food photography 🙂

4. I love trying out new cocktails…

5. I love having pets, I had an aquarium which my mum gave away when I moved to the hostel to pursue my higher studies. I have always had dogs as pets…. From the time I’m here in Glasgow I don’t have a pet.. 😦

6. I hate afternoon naps, makes you lethargic & wastes your day..

7. I like watching animated movies.. & I own a collection of animated characters distributed by McDonalds along with their happy meals.. 🙂

This is my second award after “The Versatile Blogger award”.. I took my time to accept this award, sorry for that Sonal.. I was really caught up with other worldly matters…  & have not been regular.. So I decided to accept the award after I got back being regular in the blogging world… Sonal has been a very encouraging fellow blogger & from the time we both got acquainted through our common love – Food Blogging we instantly hit it off & are pretty good friends.. We share ideas & our tweaks on recipe’s… So when she nominated me for this award I was elated.. Thanks for passing this award on to me Sonal.. 🙂

7 Facts about me:

1. I love to dance; Yes, I’m that sort of a person who dances in front of the mirror & who taps her feet n almost sits & dances in her chair if the music just won’t let me be…

2. I do not like sweets, chocolates or ice-creams….. 😀 I know its shocking. I only prefer Dark chocolate & Vanilla Ice-cream if I feel the temptation to have anything sweet.

3. I hardly drink any water, 😛 I know it’s not good, the body requires lots of water… Ask my friends who have tried making me drink water.. its a sad story….  But to be honest, I have been trying all my life to increase my water intake… & yes, it has got better 🙂

4. I love rock music, Pink Floyd, Dire Straits, Led Zeppelin, Cold Play, Deep Purple etc. are some of my favourite brands.

5. I love the sun, sand & the beach…. sadly now in a country where I hardly get to see/feel the sun.

6. I love walking around & window shopping.

7. I love spending time with my family & friends.
